Sika® Primer-206 G+P
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is a one component, moisture curing black primer used to inhibit corrosion where bare metal on the pinchweld has been exposed during the installation process.
Sika® Primer-206 G+P can also be used on poor quality ceramic coatings (glass without uniform and continuous opaque, mineral based ceramic frit) to provide supplemental UV protection.

SikaTack® Move Transportation

SikaTack® Oven
The SikaTack cartridge-warming oven (80°C) has been specifically designed to preheat selected SikaTack windshield adhesives to the required application temperature. The Sika purpose designed oven can hold both cartridges and unipacks. It has two holes for heating cartridges and unipacks, and it also has an additional enlarged hole designed to keep the direct glazing adhesive heated while still in the Sika® Application Gun. When the installer has a break between jobs, he or she can place the Sika® Application Gun containing the direct glazing adhesive in the enlarged hole to remain heated. After the break, simply remove any cured piece of polyurethane on the nozzle tip before application.
The SikaTack® Oven comes standard as a 230V version with 3 holes. A 12V version and other dimensions are available on request.

Sika® Application Gun – Provided by Milwaukee
Sika polyurethane direct glazing adhesives (in cartridges) can be applied using any standard calking gun. However, we recommend using the rechargeable Sika® Application Gun Set provided by Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee Gun is lightweight (approximately 2.5 kg) allowing application of the polyurethane direct glazing adhesive to the pinchweld or glass quickly, precisely and with little effort. With an easy operation, this equipment allows the installer to use either cartridges or unipacks.
The Sika® Application Gun works with 300 and 310 ml cartridges and unipacks up to the size of 400 ml packaged by Sika. It is easily adaptable to be used with 600 ml unipacks, where only the barrel and rod require changing. It comes equipped with a 12V battery that requires one hour for recharging.
